1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing and Shipping Times
- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Shipping time: 7-14 business days
- Total delivery time: 8-16 business days from order placement
3. Shipping Methods
We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your squishy clips arrive safely. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at CustomerService@aurovify.com and we'll resolve the issue.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
9. Weather and Holiday Delays
Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or severe weather conditions.
