  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable
  • Digital products are non-refundable after download

2. Refund Process

  1. Contact us at CustomerService@aurovify.com to initiate a return
  2. We'll provide return instructions and authorization
  3. Ship items back using provided instructions
  4. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receipt

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using trackable shipping methods
  • Aurovify is not responsible for lost return packages

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items within 30 days of receipt.

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged by misuse

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately if you receive damaged or defective items. We'll arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.

9. Processing Time

  • Refund requests: 1-2 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days
